NaNoWriMo… Hm 🤔 Welp, it was a bust for me.

I started with all the good intentions, experience, and direction. Then, bam! Sickness hit again!! Another cold 😫 The very first week of November!

Despite ending up sick for three weeks in November, I did manage to participate in and enjoy two writing conferences.

First, the Royal Writers “Unshakeable” Virtual Conference hosted by ACFW Virginia. A couple of my favorite presenters were Author Steven James and Novel Marketing podcaster Thomas Umstattd Jr.

Second, an in-person writers conference hosted by a local library. Two writers from my in-person writing group presented – So good! I was impressed with the topics and speakers the library offered. Will have to participate again 👍🏻

One of the things I had to learn in November was how to give myself grace.
